We always come up with a catchy movie title for the property.

Blow them up for movies!

So, I really want to know what you would do and why.    More food, barter items,  gold, silver, titanium, F&C real estate, mortgaged to the hilt RE, options, stocks, mutual funds, land, movies, HML lending, transactional funding, JV's or others.    I'd love to know your thoughts and back them up with why.

So I have seen several different venues talking about the subject movie.

(Just like in the movie Gran Torino) Make the kid fix up your neighbors house/houses so that the whole block can look great and increase your value.

Makes a good movie plot....

I think everyone can agree that the climate didn't start changing 6 months after Gore put out his movie.

I thought the movie was going to be a horrible failure.

They mostly shoot .25 auto and .32 revolver stuff.If you see these same jokers at the range (lucky they dont practice much), they dont hold the gun the right way and many of them shoot in sideways like they see in the movies.
