Most people are poor and can’t both develop the land and convert to buying the land from the government.  

I'm also unfamiliar with that specific individual or the program costs or design.

We worry about the hassle of dealing with properties in poor condition and not building enough equity.

I see no value in it for evaluation.Realestate.com has always been a good site for accessing properties, but they do a poor job of evaluation. 

Your returns could be increased if you are willing to rent it by the room to individual students. 

Unfortunately, people in the trades are often good at their trade but poor at managing their business.

It sucks for us LLs, because if the tenant is poor, LL won't go to small claims to get award, too, and then there's eventually no record.

That is smart business.Most people, as you said, just fake it so poorly.
