If you want to be able to fly out, Calgary or Edmonton are your best bet. 

I would say your best bets is a gym as a tenant amenity or a community room that tenants can rent for family functions, parties, etc. 

Now that I am digging deeper, I would not recommend this company to invest with as we have had a poor experience.

Almost like trying to bet on the next Amazon.

Investor buys in a  market that has poor fundamentals and is stagnant.

If they had 10K they'd probably buy a house- most renters are poor.
