Taking the word of a college kid is liking taking the word of a politician.

But dont come to WA, our political machine is just getting started with the rules that will actually make affordable housing harder to come by....politicians are either as sharp as a marble or actually know these rules won't make it better for the majority of renters but dont care because its good press for them....

Greece was a booming country in the years I was there, where the politicians of the day could barely hide their smugness and arrogance when asked about the golden future they saw before them.It all came crashing down.

And, in today's world, people believe politicians actually care about their constituents and what comes out of their mouths is truth.

@Justin Kane If you think the politicians are corrupt here, try living in a city that isn't on the rise.

The city is not being helpful, nor are the politicians.

This article is really not about real estate its about politicians using your hard work and money to garner votes and likes along with building their parties and political war chest.
