My investments were all what they termed private placement and was essentially funds used for lending, buying notes and recently land trust.After MIdland sprun this on us, my spouse also has accounts, I did some research but didn't see a purpose to remove our accounts at the time.I have not been with ET long enough to give comment on them and what little "issues" occured were technical.

It sounds like you have an established plan of what you want to buy in CO and Europe and want to make as much money as possible, then you say that you want $200 a month in cash flow or $2400 a year which is only a 4% ROI which is not very exciting.

I say you are VERY wrong.In my area older renovated houses demand top dollar on rents and I can find distressed properties or motivated sellers so I can buy at huge discounts for cash.I do not have constant repairs as I fix them up correctly after I buy them.House values are based on comps.

Most people lose money in their first 4 deals in house flipping, do you want to take that chance of losing your savings.Look for long term rental or fixer upper or even BRRR deals at the beginning.
