@Alexis Monroe  If the neighbours are renting the lot, tell them you've bought it and they need to move their stuff.

I have a tenant who is complaining about water coming from his upper neighbour (mainly when it rains).

Stupid laws are the only solution.Parking and noise should never be a neighbours problem.

Some of these may be reduced two levels beginning with France and might also include Greece, Italy, and Portugal and Spain.

I want neighbours not a business next door.

Question for the group.I know Wilmington delaware has a high crime rate and so how do i find if a particular property is in a safe neighbour hood?

If you were farming one particular neighbourhood for your flips, I'd be concerned about painting them all the same colour selection as no-one wants to walk into their neighbours house and find it absolutely identical.  

Or, to you have a situation where one building has been constructed against the exterior wall of its neighbour (common here in the urban core)?

{It is amazing how ingenious the can be.}Judging by my neighbourhood, a better strategy might be to ask the neighbour to send you a photo ;-)
