This might work in a strong sellers market, or it might make people wonder what is wrong with the property to be priced so low (and then don't bother to go see it).While I like to price my listings in the middle range of what I think the market will pay, there are (for now) still lots of new agents that don't realize when you've priced low to hopefully start a bidding war.

They bought houses in the middle of the woods thinking they we're good investments and now they can't fill up their calendars.

My investment company has one property in the middle of a rehab right now, so our assets are all tied up in it but the opportunity is now.Ideas?

Ours with a Blue Ridge address is actually 28minutes to downtown, but its in the middle of the Aska area so there is a ton to do. 

I specialize in single family homes in middle class neighborhoods , working people providing a high quality product for tenants that stay for avg. 5-10 years.   

If you are looking to invest passively I would suggest looking in the southern/middle part of the country where the price points are much more friendly as well as the landlord laws areas like Memphis, Little Rock, DFW, Houston, SAN or Oklahoma.

So we wouldn't be losing any space by adding this extra 1/2 btr, on the contrary, it's pretty much a "dead space" and the tenants sleeping upstairs wouldn't need to go downstairs in the middle of the night or every morning - definitely more convenient

The situation made me go "hmmmm" and I thought it would be a great one to throw out here on a slow Sunday morning.
