I was consistently nailed for loose hand rails, smoke detectors with the batteries taken out, Fire extinguishers out of date or not in place, loose door knobs, typical renter mentality stuff, the lines in the parking lot were not dark enough one year.

Great companies with solid earnings simply have small stock price setbacks because of the hive mind mentality of investors who freak out over the smallest bad new. usually bad news for big companies is good news for me.

They must bring payment to court or they are out.With most Sec 8 tenants, I have noticed that they have an entitlement mentality, however they don't mess around with non-payment, and even taking it a step further, not letting RRHA pay me by not signing the HAP contract..
