From my understanding doesn't seem as though it would pass through, rather the fund would benefit and therefore returns would be better.

I recall reading about it in CNBC...The quest for solid returns in our current market might feel daunting with interest rates where they are, but the good news is.. if you find the right deal and set clear criteria.. like a minimum cash flow target, or a plan for eventual refinancing.. your numbers can still work out.

This can be conventional or DSCRB) Conventional cashout refi - will need at least 6 months on title if no mortgage on the property (I think - going off of memory), 12 months seasoning if there is any kind of mortgage/lien/loan with the property; will be based on improved LTVC) DSCR cashout refi after six months of seasoning (most cases), and this will include any improved value of the property in the LTVMost cashout refi's will be limited to 80% LTV.

Neither path was completely hands-off, but the returns turned out higher than we initially expected (despite all the lumps and bumps along the way).As for Lakeland, I think @Andrew Haley's observations about mobile homes are spot on.
