Spend your time interviewing and learning from developers and construction company OWNERS-- there are some WONDERFUL people out there... until you spend time with LOTS of them you won't know the "good guys" from the "used car dealers"-- find the people that are VESTED and high profile in the community.I PROMISE ---> you will make FAR MORE money and have a much larger POSITIVE impact on "mankind" by taking the EB5 route (creating jobs, learning the efficiencies of running a successful project,  assimilating into the world of American business) than you could ever have in a series of single or multi-family rehabs.Find and work with people like yourself--people you can TALK to and trust.If you follow this plan of 2 rehabs (or 2 movein ready single family homes) and investing as PART of a small commercial project ...

I really was worried that people would think that what I accomplished by August of 2017 would get people to think that it was something for nothing, instantaneous gratification, diseased type communications would follow.Mindy convinced me and rightly so, that my story would resonate with many many people that were in the same situation as I was, before I started to invest in rental properties.  

I suffer from a really odd disease, sickness even.My brain is stuck on 12 years old...I never grew up.

@Phil WellsWe know New York is a disease infested, dense, polluted, expensive and terrible place to live.

This isn't a listing appointment where you're trying to sell the seller on hiring you.If you haven't already done so over the phone you need to ask them questions so that they voice their pain point (can't afford payments) and the situation causing that pain (death/divorce/disease/job loss).

Nothing about the diseases potential is being weaponized, its scientists telling you reality.

This is where the wholesaler starts to suffer from that dreaded disease "gottadoadealitis".

Right, because death, disease, drugs, divorce, and unemployment take November and December off out of respect for the holidays...

Or, they just ask me for my contacts and proceed to destroy my reputation with the players in my market.All people want is something for nothing, instantaneous gratification, basically a diseased mentality.

I'm happy to say that in less than a year I have totally reversed this disease.
