I feel like Ohio state, Iowa, Michigan state, Michigan, and some other Big 10 schools are probably great options.

The instructor makes money off your tuition, and so is the school.

But problem is too many think they can do just 1 action of the marketing strategy and like magic leads appear, that's gonna be a setup for failure. 

This is the magic number in a 1031 Exchange. 

Oregon State University has one of the biggest Forestry Schools in the country if not the largest.. its like if you want to be a wine maker you go to UC Davis in CA.. if you want to be in forestry you go to Oregon state.. or if you want to be in Mining you go to school of Mines in CO.. etc etc.

I will look at more of the website and tutorials; I'm currently in flight school.

Especially as it’s my first purchase and I don’t want to make any school boy mistakes.let me know if the above sounds common and reasonable
