Even tried craigslist and local paper once.

I live in Tacoma, WA…a lot of folks don’t want to deal with having to learn the local housing laws.

I’ll obviously contact a local attorney but any advice or suggestions would be helpful.

To find the best community bank, I would post in a local facebook group and ask which are the best local lenders to work with and ask for a specific contact.
