At the end of the day it's all about the Value you bring to the table.There are many great agents out there, that worth their weight in gold and I promise you they're not the ones who willing to list a house for 2%. a great agent can bring more traffic and more offers on table and smoth transaction.

Was it all a primary residence, or did you list a portion of it as an investment asset (with depreciation taken and rental income declared)?
