Ironic, isn't it, that one party can get away with it while another cannot?

I would like to simply host or take part in small group meetings to discuss deals and share ideas in a "iron sharpens iron" type of in-person environment.

I would start with buying one and focus on ironing out any kinks in your system.

Now, I have to go to las Vegas to replace every floor molding in the house and I will have to hire an HVAC contractor to repair the AC and hire a welder to repair or rebuild an iron gate and fence.

But those details will get ironed out this week to gain a real understanding of the plans.

If its a big cast iron boiler, id consider swapping out for a couple condensing boilers with a 10:1 turn down ratio and install outdoor temperature reset.

Get as close to an iron clad lease as possible.
