The tricky part is walling off the upstairs and the downstairs, which is hard to do with some home layouts.

This park layout has all mobile home side by side vs all around you so there is more room.

Since being in California I have helped a couple flippers remodel homes and have learned more about real estate and I have decided I can utilize my construction experience/know how along with an aptitude for maximizing the potential in a building by adjusting layout and achieving the best bang for a buck possible.I've been working on a business plan and am here to get feed back and hear experience from people who have done what I intend to do. 

They will get copies of all the appraisal reports, and poof now Amazon.com will be suggesting couches and furniture and appliances, etc, that matches your home's layout and color scheme.

Not that it is off the table, just now that I have seen the condition of more than just the section in the photo, and how small it really is compared to others I have seen, I might be able to do both, keep it and open up the layout.  

Zillow does not know it has a new roof, new layout, new kitchen, new baths, etc.
