Hi @Aaron Eisenberg my company manages Airbnbs in Charlotte & the surrounding areas.  

I'm currently living in Crown Point Indiana and hope to invest in surrounding Northwest Indiana (Hobart, Merrillville, Portage, Lake Station) and maybe eventually the South West suburbs of Chicago.I'm mostly interested in flipping single family homes and purchasing smaller multi families. 

He says everyone in all the surrounding towns uses this agent and he used the agent when he had purchased long ago (maybe 15 years prior).Fortunately my first foreign exchange student in now a lawyer for the German government and her husband is a German judge.  

I am an investor agent for the surrounding areas around Philadelphia and also Eastern Shore Maryland.

I would try to look them both up on the county clerk's office website for the county they report to live in... and maybe a few of the surrounding counties.  

We play off the surrounding environment and our guests seem to love the 'cabin-esque' touches we add. 

We also make sure to tell the tenants surrounding those units to let us know if they have any issues with short term tenants.

All the surrounding towns are great appreciation but cash flow is definitely a struggle around here but if you house hack then you’re going to be less worried about cash flow because you’ll be living there.

Now surround yourself with mentors, go to local meetups, know your numbers and take the plunge when the numbers, not your emotions, are right.
