With the specific option that I chose, it was completely online, and you always had access to the instructors if you had any questions or issues.

I've always thought in person was better based on interaction with other students and the questions they ask and the stories of the instructor.   

I was the only guest that figured out what they were selling, even have the instructor's cell number.

The instructor mentioned that one of his RE friends charges $1 per lb, and they weigh the pet every year.

We live in the property and rent out the other rooms to Flight Instructors since he's a Flight Instructor as well and get's asked all the time if he knows anywhere to rent.

The more stable option would be look at where the permanent party instructors would like to live these would be longer term stable tenants but profits would be much lower and I would think that there are not many multi families that would fit this.
