Suggest indoor dog boots for the Husky, as a pup it will get use to them much easier.

So, this hasn't happened to me yet, but I am curious.With the advent of the passage of laws in various states allowing for the medicinal use of marijuana, I'm wondering how this interfaces with landlords and their leases.For example, we have both a "drug-free" clause in the lease, and a "no smoking indoors" provision.Let's say a tenant claims to need medical marijuana.

However, I also just found a good deal on a 3 unit, back home in Door County which would have great cash flow.

Do they have excess of indoor plants,, if so MAKE Them remove the plants, or fish tanks, or anything else that adds humidity to the apartment that's not suppose to be there.

The house does need some improvements (carpet out and in with laminate, and also needs new indoor paint). the house is listed for 79,900 and in the area it is in i can rent this house out for around 975$/ month.
