he wanted to raise 5 million for the operation.. and he wanted to use another property we co owned .. but he ran the models at the all time high of blueberry prices.. 1.50 a pound or so.. got them planted and by the time the harvest came in the blueberries were only selling for 60 to 80 cents a pound..

There is no tax advantage to your contribution (you can only defer taxes on pre-tax retirement accounts like the 401(k)), it's just a bit more complicated to withdraw/access the money, and the only advantage is that you will be able to harvest the gains tax-free at the age of 55.

Personally i --hope to acquire a pc of land I have had my eye on for many years--start a new business ( well make it official and inc. it into a LLC and increase prsence so i can have more working funds)--start on my development of the short-term cabin housing ; talk to code enforcer, call a tree harvester, soil test, cut in a roadthat's my list and I'm sticking to it.
