I should look into getting an external property manager for a minimal fee even though I do most of the work.Being beneficiaries of IRA, we cannot possibly 100% contract things out.

External factors also reduce the value of RE over time, it's no longer the best location for example.

Too many rentals in a concentrated area of single family homes becomes an issue of "external obsolescence" it is less desirable for owners.
