On the other end of the spectrum, a more rural park with no amenities or clubhouse and native style landscaping will have far less expenses.  

My question is - how hard is it to have that removed?

I am a 35 year old native San Diegan business owner with a steadily growing auto repair shop in its third year and a current staff of three.

Maybe one has Hardie plank and one has vinyl siding and one has a newer roof and so forth.

I have a current wholesaling friend who sent me 2 multi-million dollar properties back in my native home Hawaii, who,what,and how would I go about marketing this properties to the right buyers ?
