His original ease is June 2021, but has been on a month to month, with an increase on Oct 1 from $3300 to $3600.   

Now if only their newer developers would remember their mobile-first origin story when rolling out new capabilities like smart pricing that only works on a desktop.  

How do you guarantee the original seller that they will also get back most if not all their money.

I get involved in A LOT of side discussions (when a thread goes off the rails and away from the original post) on BiggerPockets.
