Just to show I'm not tha much of an a-hole, I did think about it.I think there's a great opprotunity for AI in the sales process - finding what rings a buyer's bell.Let's see you see a property at $/unit, built in xxxx, needs work, mostly 2-beds in a C neighborhood, but cheap compered to the comps.If you can match that up to what you've gleaned from existing owners/potential buyers, it'd help focus your activity.One thing we never have enough is time. 

It gave hope and belief to me, for sure.And, I think it's really worth mentioning that this was essentially before home computers and the Internet were ubiquitous (well, I didn't have either at the time), so it's not like you could just watch the latest YouTube video to glean all of this information.In the end, people are unnecessarily harsh.

Usually this is followed by something very generic like "If you have any quick tips for me, send them along" or "Geez, things are expensive here; is it possible to flip houses here"  or something else that they could quickly glean from the BP site if they just searched a little more.

I'm distilling this problem down to two choices based on actual numbers I have gleaned.

I have no personal knowledge, but I understand from others that Fortune Builders does provide content that is of value in their higher level training coaching programs, but that is just hearsay.You can fumble around and continue to glean stuff from the "free" material out there.  

I've been pouring over the site trying to glean all that I can.
