Taking it down can just reveal plaster that is beyond repair.And even if the plaster isn't beyond repair, the process of wallpaper removal can be pretty destructive to the wall surface even if performed with gentle loving care.

Again, if you wonder why I would look at this data, the Slurpie machine awaits your gentle but firm touch.Just a little fact to consider: Residential Real Estate prices are based on three factors: 1 - Return on Investment, that is what will the house/condo rent for, 2 - Median income which determines affordablitity according to Fannie Mae guidlines and 3 - the prevailing interest rates.Gee, I bet you all knew that FUNDEMENTAL!

My partner (the bad cop :grin:) is insisting that we get FMR but I have convinced him to be gentle in this matter, so here's our plan to get the FMR for our apartments.Every other month, we will be raising the rents 10% until we get to the FMR rate.We will begin this policy in 30 days of this letter.Serve the normal 30-day notice of change in terms and attach a personal letter like the above.
