you simply can't predict whats going to happen in the rental business. and anyone who thinks running or landlording is hands 0ff and passive I can flat tell you ..

I know you can look at trends and study them to make predictions.

My prediction is that the purchase will be higher than the listing price.  

I will graduate in December and I've got capital saved up from being very fortunate and not having to pay for school because of my football scholarship.

If I stand correct they predicting 1-2 years for the RE market to stand back on his feet and around 10 billion dollar in mortgages that people gonna have problem to pay now= tax delinquents = opportunities .

He also invests his own money based on his predictions, so that always gives me more confidence in someone. 

Party-central is never going to be the 1 bedroom/1 bathroom so if you're taking a keg to watch a college football game, it's not going to be in those cramped quarters...it's going to be at that house.  

Has he gone way over budget on what he had originally predicted?

Snow is hard to predict but could snow during 6 months of the year with 3 being peak where there could be 2-3 storms per month.

If this storm is as bad as predicted I can’t see the sale happening or even the market recovering for months if not years.
