And you'd be throwing the "book" back at Congress :) Us CPAs/EAs do as well (some more than others), I personally have a Master's degree in the field with a focus in tax on top of my CPA if that tells you education levels required.

I was posting to see if there is anybody is experienced in this field to give me any solid advice, even if it's just a sentence long.

Septic needs to be looked at; it was working just fine the last year we used the system (but there was a rough patch a year ago with the leach field when we didn’t maintain it).Other things would be the deck needs new paint, the sliding doors are off kilter and need to be replaced.

Lastly is this a good investment at the age I am at currently, or is there anything similar to this career field that is in turn a great investment.
