Even before the virus, raising a family in a studio apartment downtown gets old.

With the second wave of the COVID-19 virus upon us it seems hard to predict how heavy the impact on this industry might be. 

Then there's a secret CDC documents calling for another shutdown due to an explosion of the Corona virus and the uncertainty of what to do about it, if anything. 

I may be wrong but the 1918 flu pandemic did not trigger the Great Depression & the Great Recession was not caused by a pandemic.

But when I compare to the depths of despair in April, I see 20x increase in traffic and activity as people realize this virus won’t go away and sitting and waiting for it to go away won’t help either.

How long this this virus takes to get the vaccine and rid us of the restrictions created within our market, one only knows.

I have not attended any meetings this year but I would like to start going to the multi-family investors group once we get a vaccine for this virus.   

We are still in the early days of the virus and what's true today may not reflect what will be going on in January etc.

The virus, however, has pretty much wiped out my income/business this year so my husband’s income would be the only income to be considered for a mortgage or loan I believe.

However, because of Corona Virus, we’re looking at 60 days for a response.
