Anything you can find to reduce expenses is 100% recession resistance.

I put all my HDTVs on the wall or I mount them to a table with tamper resistant screws. 

There's just too many heating pipes, sidings, fire-resistant ceilings in boiler rooms, and others that means its tough to avoid.Here in Vermont, if we suspect asbestos exists we just need to make sure it is contained. 

Don't assume that just because you want someone out, even though it may be your property and your right, that they will magically have someplace to go, and will comply without resistance. 

I know it's not the most well like profession these days but it's recession resistant and that's local law enforcement.

It would probably meet resistance as people aren't familiar with it here, though I've found some "62 and over" communities here.
