I have seen people rent their land for recreational activities (hunting, RV-ing, etc.) and also set up "glamping" camp grounds and make bank from short term vacation renters.

@Chris F. if you find a smaller collection agency, service will suffer.We've used many and the biggest challenge is that they're unorganized and don't give regular updates.

Yeah @Caleb Brown I've been looking at my next purchase either being west of Troost or just north of Rockhurst but west of Paseo... thinking about 1031'ing my SFR on 75th as it has gone up a bit since purchase.
