For neighborhood lists just pull sold properties in the last two years for the neighborhood your project is in and export the listing and selling agent info to a spreadsheet.

I’ve always synced transactions to custom tagging and Schedule E categories to allow for easy export and reporting come tax time.

Venmo and Zelle is a little unprofessional and with the ability to add in expenses by address in Cozy and the ability to export the payments, I much prefer it to a generic app for payment such as Venmo or Zelle.

Mailings are done manually based on an export of this Property Profiles app (I don't have the chops for Globiflow, although that's an eventuality).

I am looking for easy import and export of contacts,  integration with Google, and a setup that doesn't take very long.

I use Smartbnb and it has a metrics tab, but has to be exported to a file to see.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it...please share how you are using Podio to manage your mail campaigns, how you are tracking cost and what mechanism you are using to get your mailings done (ie are you exporting as a spreadsheet to upload to click2mail, have it automatically sent there from Podio, etc.).
