There are more streetside cafes and art galleries and a new Design District expansion currently underway set to bring even more high end retail to the area.

The best time to buy a franchise is in growth phase for many many reasons: expansion, growth, return, lifecycle the list goes on and on.

Next to a university, a hospital, a new headquarters, a new oil industry expansion....

Now, I'm focused on South East markets, which are still in expansion phase. 

However the basement needs a kitchenette installed, 5/8" drywall on the ceiling, and a bathroom expansion to accommodate a shower stall.All in to make the basement a self sustainable apartment, I estimated roughly $32,000 in rehab costs.

You can convert space for individual offices, with a common conference room, lunch room, shares secretarial services – phone, fax, copy… Depending on the building you can have movable walls that are basically dividers between desk’s / offices for expansion / contraction.

I've read a lot about atlantas plans of development including the belt line transportation expansion, MGM grand developing casinos, Mercedes coming to town and much more going on.

And expansive soils are not known etc etc.and as long as you have earthquake straps your good to go

What I'm looking for is a market not too far from me that has turned the corner and is in the early stages of expansion so I can get some market appreciation to go along with forced appreciation if possible but my primary concern is cash flow.
