Would you have to remove the pipes/radiators/baseboard etc for the old boiler system? 

Me, personally, I'd rather pay for only what I actually get, and I'd like to see who I hire get paid for what they do - no extra money, and no losses.Does line 5 (exhaust hood) include the hood itself? 

It was actually fun (And exhausting)!   

Additionally, I feel calling my contacts up on the weekly to discuss listings without being able to physically see the properties may exhaust the relationship.Have any of you faced this challenge, and if so, what techniques did you use to help overcome this?

Much of the original piping in the building is still in use (yes, ~100yr old pipes!)

Modern dryers are much better at eliminating lint and if you make sure to vent using straight runs (no flex pipe) and use a secondary lint trap, I doubt you run much of a risk.

There was a fresh nick in the plastic pipe caused by them scraping the line against the box as they replaced the meter.

Is it pipe insulation, boiler insulation, some kind of blanket insulation?

I’m guessing it’s digging up and replacing the sewer pipe.  

@Noah Farley I'm not aware of any, but I keep the investor mindset and in most instances and try to exhaust all of the free options for everything first, it might lead you to a better outcome.
