I would say get connected with a local agent and also set up with a lender that has you pre approved to make it super easy making offers.

And at that point its not easy to un-invest - takes longer than to quit a job for sure.I think most of us have followed their passion.

I also know finding a quadplex as a first property in Orange County isn’t going to be easy, but I’m open to hearing people’s thoughts.My goal isn’t to turn a profit right away—I know properties here might not have positive cash flow for a few years.

Fees should be clearly stated in writing, easy to understand, and justifiable.
