So I think a question of this nature becomes more of a survey of who is investing in what, with a bias towards hearing from those who are more enthusiastic about what they're doing, than anything which you should consider to be "actionable" advice.I'll recommend- as have some of the earlier posters- a different approach.

It's just a get together to connect with local real estate investors, real estate professionals, and real estate enthusiasts.
