Are there any local meet ups or websites on where to find more people who have a moderate level of experience meaning they are  somewhat experienced but still looking to collaborate and network with more inexperienced investors like myself.

We can also lend to both individuals and LLCs.I'd be happy to share my experience as both an investor and as a lender.

For instance - I am looking to see if anyone has experience with installing recessed lighting into a horse hair plaster ceiling and if anyone could offer advice on the process I should take when doing so? 

It could indicate they lack sufficient knowledge or experience in professional property management, which may lead to costly issues for you down the line.

Just to name a few: Borrower's Experience FICO Loan Amount Loan Type being sought: Perm (30 yr ams), Bridge (12-36mo I/O), Rehab (12-36mo I/O), Ground Up (12-60mo I/O) Property Type (1-4 unit, 5+ MF, Warehouse/industrial, Hospitality etc)If you have a specific deal in mind, then you can have a lender (or broker) look at it and give you a better idea.

I'm wondering if that might be less of an issue for something more rustic and temporarily occupied like camping/RV.Any one have any thoughts, parallel experiences, or other basis for insight?
