He did say if it was a low interest rate loan and interest rates went way up then they might focus on that more to call some loans due so they can re-lend out at higher rates.Some attorneys say to get approval ahead of time for a title transfer or you could add specific language to the loan docs stating under what conditions you can change title to.

Thanks Stevo, I appreciate the reply and you could do it that way however, it doesnt really solve the problem of a potential runaway water bill from say a toilet left running while the tenant is on vacation somewhere or some other problem where water is left on or leaking.
