Finding a bank that will sell the product you need can be work, but if you find it, you can ditch PMI, have a revolving line of credit, and pay the debt at a much accelerated rate.

(I say this as I own tillable ground and it's inevitable once every five years or so a hunter that's 100% trespassing on my property will get hurt by their own devices(falling in drainage ditch, from a tree stand, etc.

My advice, ditch Quicken.
