Made some more calls today... most were either disconnected or wrong numbers.

I tried calling that number and the phone was disconnected- it was also an out of state number. 

What's the disconnect? 

Insurance coverage is one thing, but HH income seems very disconnected to Medicare revenue per person.

You will find friendly brokers that are out there the biggest problem as a wholesaler is there is a huge disconnect in terms of what is being taught by the Guru on the internet and the IDFPR rules.

My #1 complaint with the REI world is it's total disconnection and purposeful ignoring of the home builder world and NAHB.

Sometimes you can hoodwink an agent to get you access, but then they will become responsible for how you use it and usually will disconnect you in a few months.It's not as great as everyone assumes, especially if your REI path is other than B&H. 

There are also large management companies that fly by the seat of their pants, have lacking resources, and are- in short- completely disconnected from their tenant base.

I find it hard sometimes to disconnect.

Rents can't grow disconnected with incomes.
