It's not rocket science, just takes discipline to follow the principles and action to find the deals and close on them.

It seems to be designed for highly disciplined and motivated students.

The other bad time is in a clearly up trending market, as this draws out all of the amateurs to bid prices up to the moon, and it's really tough to buy anything if you are disciplined.

Either way im sure you'll find a good deal if you keep at it and stay disciplined. 

Ever since I became vegan, I can work 15hrs with so much energy, clearer thinking, so much more physical discipline, never spend on medical bills, and most importantly if you are a female, flawless skin meaning no makeup, Botox, expensive creams. 

Your science background should be very helpful to you in taking a disciplined approach.

Your sex, race, religion, family, size of your big toe or anything else has quite a bit less to do with the level of your success than does your ambition level and your discipline.

There is going to be greater discipline and accountability in dealing with a professional.
