If you can design something like that and hit those rental numbers than you're going to be very, very happy with the investment. 

Appreciation can be found in many submarkets throughout both Charlotte and RDU, but it really depends on what you're looking for. 

Have you checked to see what others are doing in the immediate area on VRBO and AirBNB?
