I personally have a rural long term rental placed with them with decent coverage at a good price.

If someone has to be so aggressive in managing their negative reviews/reputation online, and suppressing other people's speech...very bad sign.Finally, some of my current clients are "refugees" from Karim' program.

I, like all other investors, will be tracking this closely and if there is any evidence that Norada did anything underhanded, I will be aggressively pursuing them as anyone would. 

I am a first-time investor and am looking for a location (hopefully) where I can get decent appreciation while not having the risk of crazy negative cash flow (like one sees when doing the math on opportunities in Seattle, for example).

Pleasant area of Cleveland in 44120, and had some decent tenants that are vacating the property.

Rarely are they in decent condition.

My wife and I both have decent paying jobs, but after paying rent, vehicles, student loans, etc, there’s not much left over for saving, let alone 20% down.

And I generally require a sponsor that has full real estate cycle experience with little to no money lost, low leverage, high skin in the game and reasonable fees and promotes.However, other investors will look at these deals as bad/too boring for them because they are more aggressive and not concerned about the risks of default, refinance, interest rates changing etc.
