We do online rent payment (happy to show you how) and it makes rent collection a lot easier.Best,Dana

@Dana Moore II  In a perfect world, you should apply for your duns number before you start applying for business  credit.

I have an opposite approach to limiting my liability than Dan, as I only buy A locations.
