HI, 
Is opening a LOC on my primary a good option to fund flips or is there a better solution to get the funding? There's no charge to me to get these funds except a yearly fee of 200.00.

For me its next to impossible the search function I cant seem to get it work or its just not very good.. like trying to find a member if you cant remember how to spell the name exactly it wont come up for me I used to how my computer works.. just start typing in a name and it finds the email even if its not spell correctly.
