I am new to real estate investing and looking to connect with any local investor.

GSEs are entities established but not operated or owned by the Federal government to (oftentimes) enhance credit availability, in sectors that have some sort of public good connection like agriculture or housing.

I used to live in Tokyo for 6 years and would like to find a reason to go back more regularly but let me know if you want to connect!

This shows the importance of networking locally, building your connections and your "tribe". 

An appraiser likely isn't going to spend time giving you much feedback in advance (unless you have a connection or they are super slow).
