It would be unfair for me to give any kind of general satisfaction/unsatisfaction because there is still a lot ahead to be determined.A quick snapshot:-Purchased lot in February 2022.  

Don't pay any other fees.Fix-and-flip loans will typically last from 6-24 months, with 12 months probably being the most common.

Not that it would be difficult per se to find a maintenance person who can balance a salt hot tub, but chlorine or bromine are more common!

If you don't care about income and are more of a capital gain kind of guy, prices are already high (as you noticed) and there's plenty of land available to buy so I'm not sure how much is left in the tank.

I have heard of cabin / mountain market STR operators doing some kind of hiking package, or way to connect a guest to a private tour guide for an "upcharge" which gives the hike tour guide an income and the STR operator a nice upcharge too.
