The trick to keeping the coating intact is not to use ammonia, or bleach containing cleaners.

Few salesmen will tell you this, but NEVER use a window cleaner containing ammonia - - it will destroy the seal on the frame-glass contact and let moisture between the panes which ruins the whole purpose of dual pane glass. 

I think the best route is to offer a loan guarenteed by the property at a certain interest rate and for a certain time. makes it a lot cleaner than going 50/50 with a certain profit expectation and then come below that profit.

Also, even though ‘5907 Allison Rd’ unit is closer to several industrial sites, it’s still ‘cleaner’ than the other 2 units.

I used their deposit to replace all the carpet and have the house professionally cleaned, at first everything was fine, its been about 2 months now, and the new tenet is complaining of  a really strong cat (probably Urine) smell in the master closet, an area we had the carpet replaced. it is a slab foundation, any cheap tricks to get it fixed, I honestly don't know what to do, I would have thought to hire cleaners or replace the carpet, but both have already been done.Thanks in advance for your help,Nick
