I lived in DC for 6 years (started in Foggy Bottom, then moved to Arlington, then Falls Church..I probably would have ended up in Lynchburg sooner or later as I kept moving further and further away from DC proper).You mentioned something that was very interesting--the thought of not parking the NPN 1st with a servicer--is that usually after loan mods/cash for keys fails?
