X 3 = 900 a month gross from 10 agents before expenses and also as a broker you have to keep track of student loan delinquency suspensions, license lapses, IRS tax levies on their commission, missing continuing ed requirements, child support licenses suspensions for non payment, rusty agents that hardly even close deals, etc.

It ended up costing the insurer in the mid-6 figures because they did not want to settle and set a precedent (if my memory serves me correctly).I believe that it was a dog bite where a neighbor's dog bit a child - on our property.

The source as I see it could also be termed categories, wages, SSI, disability, child support, housing voucher, EBT, SNAP, alimony ect.In the case of saying "no garbage men", you are not discriminating against source of income as their income source is wages just as the local mailman's source is wages too.

I ask this as thier is a rule in SDIRA land that to paraphrase says "the SDIRA cannot benefit the owner of dis-allowed party in any way" (meaning a parent cannot buy a house and rent to a child etc....)

When I said I would run a credit check he let me know about troubles with IRS and child support but it seems to be way in the past.

MY LOC is backed by my good name and financial statements submitted a minimum of annually as well as my experience with the bank.They do have paperwork, previously signed, giving them my personal guarantee, rights to receivables, assignment of rents, first born male child, and right to my body parts upon passing.
