However, this chart at Calculated Risk will show resets of Adjustable Rate Mortgages.http://calculatedrisk.blogspot.com/2007/10/imf-mortgage-reset-chart.html It is highly unlikely that many of these mortgages contained true down payments (i.e., safe to say they are largely 100% financed.)
