If I buy a property and I show I have the ability to turn a profit, it makes sense to me that they would allow another loan and this would continue indefinitely, but I realize that this probably isn't how it actually works.

Nothing says that you have to have a partner indefinitely or that you can't do some deals on your own and others with someone.

Once it is in there for a few statement cycles they won't ask where it came from.Now the obvious downside is you will have to pay interest on it for indefinite amount of time.
